Just a spot of color and motion, bathed in the late afternoon light of that summer day. The flags in front of this building along Wacker Drive, on the south shore of The Chicago River, caught my eye as I strolled around the area.
This area has always seemed to me to be pedestrian friendly, especially on these days when the sunshine is abundant.
Now, if you want to talk about being there in February, well…….
