Across the Pond

My travels have taken me to some amazing places, many of which I love. 

And a few that I will be glad to not return to again.

I love the light and textures I see in Europe, and I have every intention of getting back to Ireland, the home of most of my ancestors. But my happy place is The United Kingdom, especially London, where I have been at least 40 times; The Cotswolds, and my dear friends not far away in The Midlands; and most of all Scotland.

We are hoping to work in another visit as soon as possible, but until then I will have to make do with photos, a number of which I am sharing with you here. As I have time I will be adding more, but meanwhile I hope my love of the island in the North Atlantic comes through, and my stories behind the photos whet your appetite for your own journey over there if you have not been.
